NAD+ Injections
(Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide)
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a vital coenzyme found in every cell of your body, playing a critical role in energy production, metabolism, and cellular repair. As we age, our NAD+ levels naturally decline, leading to fatigue, cognitive decline, and a weakened immune system. Supplementing with NAD+ injection may help to restore youthful cellular function and delay the aging process.

What are the benefits of invisa-RED™?invisa-RED™ produces a combination of near-infrared and infrared light energy (680nm-980nm) The human cells have light sensitive chemicals called chromophores which react to light in this range. When stimulated by energy in this range, the cells produce more ATP which is the energy source that powers every muscle and increases metabolism. Red laser light also causes DNA synthesis in the fibroblasts of the cells which stimulates collagen production which makes the skin more elastic and younger looking. In addition, infrared light increases the production of cytochrome c oxidase enhancing the metabolism and the removal of toxins from the body. Therapeutic Benefits Increases blood capillary circulation and vascular activity by promoting improvement in the metabolism of nitric oxide (NO). This facilitates improved regulation of vasodilatation and leads to the formation of new capillaries – This in turn provides additional oxygen and nutrients to accelerate natural tissue healing processes and eventually evokes a cascade of beneficial biochemical processes. Stimulates synthesis of adenosine tri-phosphate (ATP)—an immediate energy source for muscle contraction and essential in the metabolism of all cellular processes and sustaining living systems. Relaxes muscles, reduces nerve excitability, and stimulates nerve transmission Reduces scar tissue and stimulates wound healing Increases lymphatic system activity and relieves edema and discomfort associated with swelling Stimulates production of collagen—the most important component of wound healing Increases RNA/DNA synthesis – this stimulates cellular reproduction and facilitates accelerated replacement of damaged cells Increases production of endorphins and enkephalins from the brain – promoting mood elevation Stimulates production of adrenals— which facilitate long term resilience to stress Reduces inflammation and swelling in chronic conditions of arthritis, bursitis, and tendonitis Stimulates fibroblastic activity – promoting repair of connective tissue and formation of collagen fibers

I don’t know much about invisa-RED™, can you explain it to me?Sunlight is a combination of visible, UV and infrared light. Infra-red light is longer in wavelength than visible light and starts just after the visible color of red. Infra-red laser light is the safest and healthiest spectrum of sunlight and accounts for 70% of the heating of the Earth, the rest being caused by visible light. It is therefore understood that a coherent combination of visible light and infra-red laser light offers the most benefits in electromagnetic heating of objects that absorb infrared such as the human body. Other forms of heat such as fire and ceramic heaters, etc, warm a person by heating the surrounding air that touches the person which does not penetrate deeply into the body. Infra-red laser light heat penetrates the skin and is much more effective. Certain infra-red laser light wavelengths also interact with living cells increasing metabolism, energy production, and causing more fuel (calories) to be burned.
-
Is invisa-REDâ„¢ safe?Yes, invisa-REDâ„¢ laser light energy is part of the range of electromagnetic rays that are absolutely necessary for metabolism and growth of human beings and is also part of the natural light spectrum of sunlight minus the skin damaging UV rays, which is why NASA currently uses this type of energy in space. It is also vibration energy, with which the human body resonates. This is the reason that it can penetrate through the skin.
-
Can I take it at any time of the day?Yes, it's recommended that you take it on the same day every week at the most convenient time for you.
-

How much weight can I lose? Results do vary, but in a 68-week medical study of 1,961 adults living with obesity or excess weight with a related medical problem, adults lost ~35 lbs (or ~15% body weight). People taking placebo lost an average of 6 lbs (or ~2.5% body weight). The average starting weight for both groups was ~232 lbs. Results are from a 68-week medical study of adults with obesity (BMI ≥30) and adults with excess weight (BMI ≥27) who also had weight-related medical problems including high blood pressure or high cholesterol. People with type 2 diabetes were excluded. Both groups were instructed to take the medicine along with a reduced-calorie meal plan and increased physical activity. 7% of people taking Wegovy™ (92 people) left the medical study due to side effects, compared to 3.1% of people taking placebo (20 people).

Is testosterone therapy safe? When administered by healthcare professionals, testosterone therapy is generally safe. However, as with any medical treatment, there are risks of testosterone supplementation, including possible impacts on prostate health and an increased risk of conditions like benign prostatic hyperplasia. It’s crucial to discuss these risks with our medical experts to determine if TRT is right for you and if there are any potential health risks.
-
What is testosterone replacement therapy?Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is a medical treatment designed to help men with low testosterone levels. It involves supplementing the body’s natural testosterone with external sources, improving symptoms of testosterone deficiency such as fatigue, low libido, and muscle mass loss.
-
What is testosterone cypionate used for?Testosterone cypionate is primarily used to treat conditions associated with low testosterone levels in men, such as hypogonadism. When administered weekly, it can increase testosterone levels and potentially lead to an increase in muscle mass, improve bone density, improve mood, and restore sexual function.
-
How to inject testosterone cypionate? If your injections will be done at home, your Atlas Men’s Health Testosterone Specialist will provide you with everything you need to know about injecting testosterone cypionate. This can include the following steps once your items have arrived from the pharmacy: Prepare: Sterilize your hands and the vial’s rubber stopper with an alcohol swab. Draw Medication: Draw air into the syringe equal to your prescribed dose, then inject it into the vial to equalize pressure. Slowly draw the prescribed dose of testosterone cypionate. Choose Injection Site: Common sites are the deltoid, buttock or thigh muscles, but consult your provider for guidance. Administer Injection: Insert the needle into the muscle, inject slowly, and withdraw the needle. Dispose: Properly dispose of used syringes and needles in a sharp object container.
-
What is considered a normal testosterone level?A normal testosterone level typically ranges between 300 to 750 ng/dL. However, symptoms of low testosterone can occur even if your levels are within the "normal range," depending on your bioavailable testosterone levels.
-
What are potential side effects? You might experience some initial soreness at the injection site, which is quite common. Other temporary effects like oily skin, night sweats, and mild acne can occur during the initial phase. While long-term use may present minimal changes like blood pressure or cholesterol fluctuations, these can be monitored and controlled through regular checkups and lifestyle adjustments with your doctor’s guidance.
-
Does testosterone replacement therapy cause prostate cancer? There is no direct evidence linking testosterone replacement therapy to an increased risk of prostate cancer.
-
Who is a candidate for TRT?Men experiencing symptoms of low testosterone, such as decreased energy, fewer spontaneous erections, or loss of muscle mass, may be candidates for testosterone therapy. A blood test is required to confirm testosterone deficiency.
-
How to store testosterone cypionate? To store testosterone cypionate, keep it in a cool, dry place at room temperature (between 68-77°F). Ensure it’s protected from direct light and kept out of reach of children and pets. Always follow specific storage instructions provided by your healthcare provider or pharmacist.
-
How does TRT affect muscle mass and sexual function?Testosterone treatment can improve muscle mass and strength, making it easier to maintain fitness. Many men also report improvements in sexual function, including increased libido and improved erectile function.
